By accessing or using SwiftTunnel ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Description of Service

SwiftTunnel is an open-source gaming connection optimization service specifically designed to improve connection quality for Roblox gameplay. The desktop application is released under the MIT License. Our Service includes:

• Optimized routing for gaming traffic
• Game-specific traffic optimization
• Access to 27 global relays
• Open-source desktop app with one-click connection

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring your contact information remains current

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Engage in any illegal activities including but not limited to hacking, fraud, or distribution of malware
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or third parties
• Distribute spam, phishing attempts, or malicious content
• Attempt to bypass or circumvent game anti-cheat systems
• Share your account credentials with others
• Misrepresent modified versions of the software as the official SwiftTunnel service
• Overload or interfere with the Service infrastructure

5. Service Limitations

You acknowledge and agree that:

• The Service is provided for gaming optimization purposes
• We do not guarantee specific latency improvements or connection speeds
• Service availability may vary and is not guaranteed 24/7
• We reserve the right to limit bandwidth or connections if abuse is detected
• Server locations and availability may change without notice

6. Open-Source License & Intellectual Property

The SwiftTunnel desktop application source code is released under the MIT License. You are free to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the software, subject to the conditions of the MIT License, including retention of the original copyright notice and license text.

The SwiftTunnel name, logo, and branding are trademarks of SwiftTunnel and may not be used in derivative works without permission. The hosted service infrastructure (servers, APIs, and backend systems) remains proprietary and is not covered by the MIT License.

Contributions to the open-source project are subject to the same MIT License and will be licensed under the same terms.

7. Third-Party Services

Our Service may contain links to or integrate with third-party services (such as Roblox). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of such services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and conditions.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity
• At your request
• Extended periods of inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All configurations associated with your account will be deactivated.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SWIFTTUNNEL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SwiftTunnel, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
